Conscious Breathing Session

Helps the body renew itself and maintain good health. By breathing slowly and deeply, oxygen intake is improved, stress is reduced, and the nervous system is calmed. This creates an internal environment that supports the body’s optimal functioning, helping cells to repair more effectively, reducing discomfort or inflammation, and releasing substances that promote rest and recovery. While this practice does not regenerate cells by itself, it prepares the body to allow its natural healing processes to work more efficiently.

Thermal Baths of Lares

The Lares hot springs are located 2 hours from the city of Calca, in the district of Lares. They are nestled among the mountains, and the journey is made in a modern van, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way. These hot springs have pools with different temperatures, and are rich in mineral salts. Help cleanse the skin and naturally detoxify the body. The heat induces sweating, which eliminates toxins, while minerals like sulfur and magnesium cleanse pores, reduce acne, and improve the skin’s appearance. They also help the skin look softer, healthier, and renewed.

Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up as per our cancellation policy before the retreat start.

After booking, we'll send you a Welcome email with itinerary which you need to know—detailed schedules, retreat plan list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

Step 4: Book Your Travel

We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the Venue as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
